Help with an existing paid result
For an existing result, check the website creator status. Keep any private recovery code you were given safe. Expired or deleted media cannot be restored by a support request.
For a delivery issue, explain what happened and include your order reference through the verified route when one is available. An email address or order reference alone does not prove ownership. Never share a recovery code, full card number or private selfie in a public message.
A verified route is required
This page checks the current support configuration without starting a guest session, collecting your identity or sending a message. If a verified route is unavailable, the page states that clearly and presents no contact form.
New checkout remains unavailable until a verified non-Telegram support route is configured. Existing authorised downloads and recovery remain separate from new purchases; support availability does not change media retention.
